sunday mornings

sitting here this morning, studying with my cup of tea... there are glimpses of sunshine through the trees

  1. Question... it says I can only have water and a little bit of soy milk on my anti-inflam diet.... but can't I have a decaf tea? This is going to be hard!

  2. you can totally have decaf tea... have all the herbal tea and decaf green tea you want for sure! Also you can do other milk substitutes like almond milk if you don't like soy.
